My Simple 6-Step Animal Communication Method
Have you ever looked at your pet and thought, “I wish you could just tell me what you want!”
Well… they actually are communicating with you all the time.
Animal Communication isn’t about suddenly hearing your dog speak English or your cat giving you a detailed rundown of their day! It’s much simpler than that.
Animals communicate through energy, feelings, thoughts, images, body language and sometimes just a knowing that pops into your head. And yes, you can learn how to do it too.
Here is my simple 6-Step Animal Communication Method to start practising with your own pet.
- Write Down What You Want to Say
Keep it simple. I always say, communicate as though you’re talking to a five-year-old.
Don’t overcomplicate your message or ask ten things at once. - Ground Yourself
Before connecting, get present.
Take a few breaths, feel your body and bring your attention into the here and now. You don’t want your mind racing through tomorrow’s shopping list while you’re trying to communicate! - Connect With Your Pet
Use a photo of your pet or simply imagine them sitting in front of you.
Look at them and really feel the love and connection you have with them. This is your energetic link. - Send Your Message
Have one or two simple questions already written down, preferably something with a YES or NO answer.
Then, while connected with your pet, slowly send or say your question. - Wait for Their Response
This is where people often try too hard!
Just wait.
Notice any thoughts, feelings, images or words that suddenly pop into your mind. Watch your pet’s body language too.
Don’t immediately dismiss something because you think, “That’s just me making it up.”
You’re learning a completely different language. Give yourself time. - Negotiation Time!
Once you become comfortable with sending and receiving simple messages, you can begin negotiating.
And this is where Animal Communication becomes really useful.
Rather than simply telling your pet what you want them to do, you begin having a two-way conversation.
Because your pet has a voice, an opinion and, believe me, quite often a very definite idea about how things should be done!
The more you practise Animal Communication, the easier it becomes.
Keep it simple. Stay curious. And most importantly, listen.
You might be surprised by what your pet has been trying to tell you all along.
