We tend to think Animal Communication begins when we deliberately sit down and try to connect with our pet.
But here’s the thing.
The conversation has already started.
Your animals are communicating with you throughout the day. Through their behaviour, body language, energy, reactions, routines and those little things they do that you probably don’t even think twice about.
And you’re communicating with them too.
The interesting part is, you don’t have to say a single word.
Animals Pay Attention to More Than Our Words
We humans LOVE words.
We explain. We repeat ourselves. Then we explain it again slightly differently because apparently saying it four times will magically make everyone understand us!
Animals are different.
They’re paying attention to the whole picture.
Your body. Your energy. Your emotions. Your routines. Whether you’re present with them or distracted. Whether what you’re saying matches what you’re actually feeling.
This is why grounding and being present are such an important part of the Animal Communication Method I teach.
Communication becomes much clearer when we become clearer.
Behaviour Is Communication Too
One of the biggest mistakes we can make is looking at a behaviour and immediately deciding what it means.
“My dog is being naughty.”
“My cat is being difficult.”
“They’re just attention seeking.”
Maybe.
But I like to ask another question:
What’s happening from their perspective?
There may have been a change in the household. Someone is travelling. You’ve moved house. Another animal has arrived. Your routine has changed. Or perhaps you’ve been stressed and behaving differently without even realising it.
Animals can be wonderful mirrors for what’s happening around them.
That doesn’t mean every behavioural or health issue is caused by your energy. Absolutely not. Changes in behaviour or health should always be investigated appropriately, including veterinary care when needed.
But it does mean there’s value in looking at the whole conversation, rather than only the behaviour that’s frustrating you.
Then Comes My Favourite Part: Negotiation!
Animal Communication isn’t about your pet getting everything they want.
Otherwise we’d probably all be serving chicken at 3am and handing over the entire bed!
It’s about creating a two-way conversation.
Once we understand what an animal is communicating, we can explain what we need as well.
Can we find a solution that works for everyone?
Negotiation has always been a big part of my Animal Communication Method because this is where communication becomes really practical.
It’s not simply:
“What is my animal saying?”
It’s…
“Now that I understand them, what can we do differently?”
And that’s the part that can really change your relationship.
Want to Know What Your Pet Is Really Trying to Tell You?
Sometimes you know your animal is trying to communicate something, but you just can’t quite work out what they’re trying to say or why something has changed.
That’s where having an Animal Communication session can help you go deeper.
During a session, I communicate directly with your pet so we can explore what’s happening from their perspective.
We can ask about their behaviour, emotions, changes within the home, relationships with other animals, what they enjoy, what may be bothering them or simply what they’d really like you to know.
And you don’t have to wait until there’s a problem.
Sometimes it’s simply about getting to know your animal on another level.
Are you happy?
Is there anything you’d like more of?
What do you love doing?
Is there something you wish your human understood?
Sometimes the answers can be surprising, funny and incredibly insightful.
Because an Animal Communication session isn’t about me telling you what I think your pet needs.
It’s about giving your animal the opportunity to tell us themselves.
My Animal Communication sessions are available online worldwide, so your pet can stay exactly where they’re most comfortable, at home.
Because the more we slow down, become present and genuinely listen, the more we begin to realise just how much our animals have been communicating with us all along.
We simply needed to learn how to listen.
